Download the official MCC Potential Suppliers Registration Form below. Read the accompanying Notice carefully before completing the form.

Complete the Form
Fill in all required fields accurately — including business name, registration number, contact details, and the supply categories you wish to register under.

Attach Supporting Documents
Include certified copies of your business registration certificate, VAT registration (if applicable), and any relevant professional licences or certifications.

Submit to the Council
Deliver your completed registration form and supporting documents to the Finance Department at the Municipal Council offices, Queen Elizabeth II Avenue, Curepipe. Alternatively, submit by email to curpip@intnet.mu.

Acknowledgement & Listing
Upon successful registration, your business will be added to the MCC Potential Suppliers Register and may be invited to submit bids when relevant procurement opportunities arise.

- Registration does not guarantee that your business will receive a contract or be invited to bid.
- The MCC reserves the right to remove a supplier from the register if information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.
- Suppliers must notify the Council of any changes to their registration details.
- All procurement conducted by the MCC is governed by the Public Procurement Act 2006.
