Handles rate, tax, and fee collection from residents and businesses.
Prosecution Section
Monitors court cases and prosecutes debtors. Staffed by Senior Usher/Prosecutor and two Ushers/Prosecutors; council retains an Attorney and a barrister pool.
Pay Administration
Processes employee salaries, pensioner payments, and councillor allowances.
Expenditure Section
Processes and settles creditor claims and council obligations.
Stores & Procurement
Manages all purchasing, inventory records, delivery verification, and periodic auction sales.
